A coloring idea to try
Use warm colors for the sun and cool colors for the moon. Try alternating the outside sections between a daytime blue and a nighttime purple.
Make a little moment of it
Invite your child to choose a color for each kind of shape before starting. White spaces can stay white; finishing every section is optional.
