Terms & printing licence

Last updated: 11 October 2026

1. Operator and scope

These terms describe permitted uses of the studio’s materials and website. The responsible operator and contact details appear in the legal notice. The privacy notice is information about data handling, not consent obtained merely by accepting these terms. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

2. Free personal and classroom use

To the extent the operator holds rights capable of being licensed, permission is granted to download, print, color and adapt the provided mandalas for personal, family, school and other non-commercial group coloring activities. Teachers may print copies for their classes and share the files privately with pupils or parents for those activities. You may share photographs of your own colored results, subject to the rights and privacy of anyone shown.

No purchase, account or subscription is required. Your internet provider, paper and printing costs remain your responsibility.

3. Redistribution and commercial uses

Please link to the original design page when recommending an uncolored drawing publicly. The permission above does not include reselling the files, including them in a paid download pack, printing merchandise for sale, or republishing the uncolored collection as your own downloadable catalog. For uses beyond this permission, contact the operator. These conditions do not restrict uses independently permitted by law or impose exclusive rights where none exist.

4. Rights and AI-assisted material

The artwork and Patrick portrait were generated with AI from project-specific briefs; the site also contains text, layout, selection and other material. Copyright protection for AI-generated elements varies by jurisdiction and depends on the facts. The studio does not claim exclusive ownership of every machine-generated shape or guarantee that each element is protectable. Third-party rights, including trademarks and personality rights, remain unaffected.

Your coloring does not transfer any rights you may hold in your own creative contribution to the operator. Report a suspected rights issue through the legal contact with the relevant URL and supporting details.

5. Responsible use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, use it for unlawful activity, misrepresent your identity, or infringe others’ rights. Printing and coloring are intended as creative activities. Adults should choose suitable materials and supervise children when needed; the pages are not professional educational, therapeutic or safety advice.

6. Availability and limitations

We aim to provide usable files, but availability, printer output and display may vary. The operator may correct, replace or remove a file where reasonably necessary, including for safety or rights concerns. No claim is made that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or other mandatory protections. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law; consumers retain non-waivable rights. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of all claims.

7. External links

External services have their own terms and data practices. A link does not transfer control of those services to the studio or remove obligations the operator may have under applicable law.

8. Changes

Updated terms will show a new revision date and apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. Where a change requires active agreement or specific notice, posting the update alone will not replace that requirement. No change retrospectively removes mandatory rights or permissions already exercised lawfully.

9. Law and disputes

Spanish law governs these terms to the extent permissible, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence where applicable. Courts and jurisdiction are determined by applicable law; there is no compulsory arbitration clause or blanket exclusive Spanish-court requirement for all international visitors.

Contact the operator first if you wish to seek an informal resolution. This is optional and does not limit complaint rights, remedies or access to a competent authority or court.
